Five TPH Center of Excellence Alumni Selected for the BioSteel All-American Game

USA Hockey recently announced its 44-man roster who will grace the ice at the BioSteel All-American game. This annual event will take place on January 17th, at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, MI. This event will feature athletes who are prospective top NHL draft picks. 

 

Of the 44 players taking part, the COE is proud to have 5 alumni selected to participate. This includes Cole Knuble from TPH Grand Rapids, and Cutter Gauthier, Tyler Duke, Lane Hutson, and Rutger McGroarty, who will play in this game for the second year in a row, from TPH Detroit.

 

Each of these athletes attended one of our 14 TPH Center of Excellence locations dedicated to providing coaching and mentorship to help athletes develop their skills for the next level. Gauthier (Boston College), Duke (The Ohio State University), Hutson (Boston University), and McGroarty (University of Michigan) are all committed to top ranked hockey programs and prestigious institutions that are all in the US News Top 100 ranked institutions with all 5 athletes setting their sights on the 2022 NHL draft

 

We are proud of these alumni and are excited to see them showcase their skills!
