About Bryan Snyder
Head Sports Dietitian
Bryan is a proven leader in sports nutrition with over 15 years of experience, is a registered dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, and is an active member of the Collegiate & Professional Sports Dietitian Association. Furthermore, Snyder is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Dietetics and has advised some of the most prestigious names in the NHL, NFL, NBA, and MLB. Throughout his career, he has led the way in dietary analyses, menu development, and body composition testing while evaluating dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness, hydration, and proper fueling.
Over the past 5 years, Bryan has shifted gears by working with elite student-athletes and their parents; aiding them in achieving their nutrition goals. Additionally, he has conducted a hefty amount of educational presentations for Colorado-based high school and collegiate student-athletes that cover everything from proper hydration tips to maintaining a healthy in-season muscle mass and weight. Developing innovative solutions to keep TPH Academy student-athletes alert in the classroom while maximizing their athletic performance is what Bryan values and are his motivators.
