Chad Povich

Chad was born and raised in Broomfield, Colorado and attended Legacy High School; graduating in 2004. Upon graduation, he received a scholarship to pitch for Dixie State University in St. George, Utah. In his Sophomore season, Povich was named Pitcher of the Year and received 1st Team All-American honors while being drafted and signed by the Boston Red Sox. He also pitched for several independent organizations, most recently with the Bridgeport Bluefish.
